Based on Urai et al (2019), we want to investigate how the history of past decisions will influence the current one. Here, we will add a twist: What happens when a second person comes into play? Do your partner's choices influence yours? In this study project we will delve into decision making and social interaction in a psychophysical experiment. You will engage with the literature, program the experiment, measure the data in the lab and analyze it with methods like drift difussion models. Prerequsites: Action&Cognition, coding ability is a plus. Please send us a short motivational letter until the end of November '20. We will try to create a well-rounded group in December '20. The project itself will start in the beginning of '21. Also contact us if you want to join for interdisciplinary credits and we will see what we can do.
