Prerequisites: None The lecture introduces the field of Cognitive (Neuro-)Psychology. We will discuss its main methods (such as behavioural experiments, eye-tracking, fMRI, EEG, patient studies etc.) and explore historically important work on a diverse set of cognitive processes and skills such as perception, attention, memory, knowledge representation, decision making, reasoning, language, development or social cognition. Course credits can be obtained by passing a midterm and a final exam.
