Nature Inspire Algorithms are metaheuristical computer programs are the result of a metaphorical formalization of naturally occuring phenomena. They are used to find approximate solutions to complex problems and form a group of algorithms utilized for combinatiory optimization. In this seminar, participants will be introduced to a set of algorithms falling into this category. The seminar will take place weekly with a bi-weekly alternation between student presentations and practice sessions. Students will form groups and work together to implement algorithms and prepare their joint presentation. Students must have basic skills in programming with Python
