In this course, we will cover fundamental statistical concepts and discuss a range of significance-testing methods, such as t-tests, analysis of variance, and linear mixed models. We will further explore Bayesian statistics as a theoretical paradigm and apply it to data analysis in Cognitive Science. A particular focus of the course will lie on data visualization and plotting. We will use R in the practical part of this course.
